Moodle Forum Example

This is a screenshot of a Moodle Forum for my Year 11 Diploma Program History class:

As you can see, while I have started a majority of threads, the students themselves have also set up threads, which would not be possible in a blog. The discussion section of a wiki also allows students to initiate and be involved in thread posts. What neither wikis' or blogs' discussion / comments sections allow students to do is to upload documents for sharing. While students could upload their files onto a wiki page, they could not do this all at once, and so Moodle's Forum has a couple of clear advantages over wikis and blogs.
